This 2-session course on behavior patterns & communication styles in mediation. Every individual processes conflict and communication differently, and understanding these patterns is key to effective mediation. These essential NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) tools, behavior patterns (meta-programs) and communication styles (meta-models), are introduced and help mediators recognize thinking styles, addressing distortions, and clarifying ambiguous communication. Gaining these skills will allow mediators to adapt their approach, improve understanding, and guide parties toward a collaborative resolution
